Located in Denver, 60 minutes or less driving is our rule of thumb. If we can leave our shop and be to you within 60 minutes, we have a price model for that. For longer commutes outside of Denver, we are always happy to discuss how and if our expectations can align.

We build our Denver cleaning service routes based on geographic areas which helps keep our cost to you as low as possible by minimizing lost drive time. Because of this, we open up specific dates and times for different areas based on availability and or wait lists. We would be thrilled to let you know what days your home or neighborhood is in our routes by speaking to one of our friendly staff. Don’t worry if your top choice isn't available, we have a plan for that, too!

SPARKULOUS®, based in Denver, is almost as obsessed with efficiency as we are excellent cleans. We build our Denver cleaning service routes based on geographic areas which helps keep our cost to you as low as possible by minimizing lost drive time. Because of this, we open up specific dates and times for different areas based on availability and or wait lists. We would be thrilled to let you know what days your home or neighborhood is in our routes by speaking to one of our friendly staff. Don’t worry if your top choice isn't available, we have a plan for that, too!

  • Day before Cancellations - We love our cleaning crews and will still pay them so we ask that you understand our need to invoice 50% of your total scheduled clean.
  • Day-of/Same-day Cancellations- we will invoice you 75% of your total scheduled cleaning.

Tipping your cleaning crew is a wholly optional, not-required part of your services. Anything you feel compelled to contribute to your cleaning crew can and should be between you and them. SPARKULOUS® does not handle the collection and or distribution of non-service-related funds.

Discounts are available to our cleaning service customers who allow us to visit a little more frequently. All regularly scheduled cleans every two weeks and less are offered a 10% discount from our area base price.

We consider these cleans anything up to and over 8 hours. In these special circumstances, we request a 50% deposit for a cleaning of this size to be placed on our calendar.

SPARKULOUS® is built to clean your home in a deeply efficient manner. As such, deep cleans and larger cleans that are longer in length (and we’re thrilled to take them) require a little more logistical balancing on our part. We consider these cleans anything up to and over 8 hours. In these special circumstances, we request a 50% deposit for a cleaning of this size to be placed on our calendar.

After we’ve completed the cleaning service, you will be sent an emailed invoice with a payable link attached where payment cards are happily accepted (with no additional fees.) If you wish for us to automatically charge your card in the future, that can also be arranged by opting in on your first invoice. Please note that all invoices are due upon receipt. Payments not received after 7 days will have a $25 charge attached to the original invoice. Because we are not in the collection business, at 30 days, we refer accounts to our third-party provider.
