For decades, I have been searching for the highest level clean in Denver. A ‘set it and forget it’ model that didn’t require anything of me other than leaving a check once a week. To say I have high standards would be a profound understatement so I was faced with either paying through the nose for the clean I wanted or with settling for the more affordable option and crossing my fingers that they’d be diamonds in the rough. I strived for something more than a layer removal while also searching for someone that could be relied-upon to clean in a consistent manner and leave my home deeply and noticeably clean every time. After a long time time and many, many failed attempts, I finally found ‘the’ crew. These two ladies cleaned like they had an award ceremony at the end of the day and gold was the only option. I was further sold on the level of care their company offered them with things like above-average wages, paid time off, heck, they even said they got benefits and a 401(k).

After some months, I soon found out that the company behind the athletes, the promisers of care, were nothing more than a tactic-wielding enterprise designed to lure my business and skip all that pesky follow-through. Having come to really care for these two, I offered them a permanent, real and human centric job and with their acceptance, SPARKULOUS was born. No more looking for the company I wish were out there, no more failed promises and no more learning of sub-standard care to a workforce committed to churning our one hell of a product. My commitment to these ladies, their families and their many other co-workers is simple; you are a human - with dignity and respect and you serve a very important role in many of our family’s lives.

With a minimum of 3 weeks paid time off, industry leading wages and realistic working hours, our crews and the teams that make them up can both afford to be with their families and earn an honorable wage. We expect a lot of our crews, they know it. We don’t hire just anyone and everyone and we we do hire knows it. Equally vital, we most certainly don’t let anyone in your home that hasn’t been fully vetted by our back office. Your home is our home and it must be treated like it. The only way we can provide such a high lever of service to our crews is to provide just as big of a care to our clients.
